Customized per group goals. Workouts will incorporate strength, toning, agility and cardio blended together in a high energy, goal-oriented workout.  Workouts can include Partner-Based exercises as well.

30min or 55min running based workout. Customized per individual or group goals.

Workouts can focus on distance training, speed training, (or both), with core and stability mixed into all sessions.  (If participating as a group, clients must have similar goals and capabilities)

Workouts will incorporate speed and agility drills/exercises.  Improve your footwork, explosiveness, quickness & coordination with these high energy, challenging workouts!
